SeniorCare Network (SCN) is an award-winning property management affiliate of Presbyterian SeniorCare Network that owns and/or manages more than 30 apartment communities across western Pennsylvania. These are beautiful, independent living communities where residents meet age and income guidelines set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

For example, our apartment communities were some of the first to add service coordination to connect residents with community resources. They were also some of the first in the region to offer primary care services to residents through a healthcare partner.
The HOPWA Program Director directs and administers the Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) Housing Programs, the Ryan White Housing Program, Information and Referral Services, and nonmedical case management for the City of Pittsburgh and the Pennsylvania Department of Health for eleven counties in Western Pennsylvania. The Director is responsible for administering Tenant-Based Rental Assistance, Short-Term Rental Assistance, Permanent Housing Placement, and Informational and Referral Services of non-medical case management for the City of Pittsburgh and PA Department of Health in 11 counties in Western PA for clients that have an HIV/AIDS diagnosis.
This position requires a self-motivated person who can independently complete assigned responsibilities and is able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing. Individuals must be able to effectively utilize Microsoft Office programming and after necessary training, an electronic health record system.
