These services include recruiting and hiring for Beatty Pointe Village, Cumberland Crossing Manor, Cumberland Woods Village, Hampton Fields Village, Sherwood Oaks, Strabane Trails Village, and Strabane Woods.

This Position is Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8 am to 4:30pm, with rotating on call responsibilities.
What we are looking for:
We need a Full Time Maintenance Tech III - Plumber with strong customer service skills who are comfortable working independently in an environment with an emphasis on hospitality. Successful candidates should have the ability to multi-task in performing minor and routine maintenance and repair work. The role requires team members to maintain and prepare site/shop, assist plumbers in routine services, unclog drains, conduct minor repairs of faucets, sink drains, and flush valves, and conduct minor sprinkler inspections or repairs.
Our Maintenance Tech III - Plumber are required to:
- Have an Associate's Degree or equivalent from an accredited school in one of the following: Plumbing/Fitting, HVAC, Electricity, Welding/Fabricating or Carpentry and two years of related experience OR 5 years of related work experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Plumbing Knowledge Preferred.
- Knowledge in PEX Preferred.
- Possess a valid PA State Driver's License.
- Be able to effectively interact with residents, residents families, and team members.
- Have mid-level computer skills, including knowledge of email, web browsing, Excel, and the ability yo use a work order system.
