* * * Effective August 1, 2024, Presbyterian SeniorCare Network began providing management services to seven UPMC Senior Communities. These services include recruiting and hiring for Beatty Pointe Village, Cumberland Crossing Manor, Cumberland Woods Village, Hampton Fields Village, Sherwood Oaks, Strabane Trails Village, and Strabane Woods. * * *

This Full-time Monday - Friday position from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. with no on-call responsibilities is located at Cumberland Woods Village, an independent living community in McCandless Township.

What we are looking for:

We need Maintenance Technicians who:
  • Have either:
    • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) AND at least two years of maintenance experience
- OR -
    •  At least one year of relevant experience AND six months of specific training in one of the following trades: Electricity; HVAC; Plumbing/Fitting; Welding/Fabricating; or Carpentry.
  • Are able to effectively interact with residents and team members.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good organizational skills
