* * * Effective August 1, 2024, Presbyterian SeniorCare Network began providing management services to seven UPMC Senior Communities. These services include recruiting and hiring for Beatty Pointe Village, Cumberland Crossing Manor, Cumberland Woods Village, Hampton Fields Village, Sherwood Oaks, Strabane Trails Village, and Strabane Woods. * * *
This Full-time position is located at Sherwood Oaks, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC), in Cranberry Township, PA.

Our Care Giver, Coordinator is responsible for:
  • Overseeing the Care Givers and providing support and direction as appropriate.  Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring and training team members, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, providing corrective action, addressing and resolving concerns.
  • Receiving requests for services and scheduling team members to provide services.
  • Providing companionship, caregiver, and transportation responsibilities as needed.
  • Completing department payroll as assigned.

Our Care Givers are required to:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Drivers' License required.
  • CPR/AED certification preferred at time of hire and required within 90 days of hire.  
  • Be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with residents and team members.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Prior customer service experience preferred.
