Our Lifestyle Engagement Directors are responsible for:
  • Investigating and recommending new and improved Lifestyle programs and intervention strategies for continued delivery of appropriate outstanding service to our residents
  • Coordinating and implementing therapeutic programs to meet the needs of our residents

Our Lifestyle Engagement Directors are required to:

  • Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Therapeutic Lifestyle, Therapeutic Recreation, Gerontology, Music Therapy, or Psychology.  Bachelor's degree in Recreational Therapy from an accredited college or university is preferred.  Experience with person-centered care and dementia care is preferred
  • Demonstrate leadership experience and the ability to produce results through others
  • Effectively communicate both orally and in writing with residents, resident families, and team members

CPR certification preferred at time of hire
