These services include recruiting and hiring for Beatty Pointe Village, Cumberland Crossing Manor, Cumberland Woods Village, Hampton Fields Village, Sherwood Oaks, Strabane Trails Village, and Strabane Woods. * * *
This Full-time position is located at Cumberland Crossing Manor, an Assisted Living Community, in McCandless Township, PA.

Our Director, Resident Care is responsible for:
- Assume responsibility for the development and implementation of nursing service objectives, performance standards of team members, and policies and procedures.
- Accountable for the scheduling of nursing services so that adequate coverage is provided to residents.
- Conducts pre-admission screenings, assessments, and evaluations for incoming residents.
- Listen to resident/family concerns and assumes responsibility for follow-through.
- Ensures a person-centered onboarding experience for new team members.
- Responsible for talent management including interviewing and selection, performance evaluations and corrective action.

Our Director, Resident Care are required to:
- RN License and 2 years of experience in long-term care.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Required to acquire Administrator certificate within 1 year of hire if does not possess certificate at time of hire.
- Be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with residents, resident families, and team members.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office.
