These services include recruiting and hiring for Beatty Pointe Village, Cumberland Crossing Manor, Cumberland Woods Village, Hampton Fields Village, Sherwood Oaks, Strabane Trails Village, and Strabane Woods. * * *
This position is Full-time Daylight and is located at Sherwood Oaks, a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Cranberry Township, PA.

Our Supervisor, Environmental Services is responsible for:
- Supervising housekeeping and laundry operations by providing day-to-day direction to Environmental Services team members.
- Assures all areas are kept clean, sanitary, and attractive using the most efficient methods and procedures.
- Ensures a person-centered onboarding experience for new team members.
- Assists with preparation of the budget and strives for cost containment.
- Assists with talent management including performance evaluations and corrective action.

Our Supervisor, Environmental Services are required to:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- At least two years of relevant experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with residents, resident families, and team members.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office.
