The Director - Supportive Housing is responsible for overall fiscal responsibility, marketing development, personnel and physical management for HUD/Tax Credit, Public Housing and special needs communities. The position provides effective management of direct reports (Regional Directors and Corporate Compliance/Trainer) as well as coordination of activities and available resources to maximize the successful operation of the Supportive Housing portfolio. The role will assure compliance of the operations and processes of all communities with Presbyterian SeniorCare Network policies and procedures, Fair Housing, and other applicable laws and regulations related to operations.

What we are looking for:
Our Supportive Housing team needs a Director who, in addition to their primary job responsibilities, will help our residents by providing support, and by developing trusting, caring relationships. The Director for Supportive Housing is required to:
A Pennsylvania Real Estate license must be obtained within 9 months of hire; a current Real Estate license is preferred.
Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Accredited Resident Manager (ARM), National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Tax Credit Specialist (TCS), and/or Fair Housing and LIHTC training is preferred.
