What we are looking for:

 

We need Chef/Cook IIIs who:

 

  • Have at least 2 years of quantity food cooking experience; Long-term care experience is preferred and a degree from an accredited culinary school is a plus
  • Are Serve Safe Certified
  • Have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Can write routine reports and correspondence and calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, and volume
  • Demonstrate excellent teamwork
  • Are familiar with Microsoft programs and email
  • Have good attention to detail and time management
  • Can effectively interact with both residents and team members
