What we are looking for: 

 We need a Director of Maintenance who: 

  • Has either:
    • An Associate Degree in a technical field from an accredited college, university or technical school (electrical, plumbing, boilers, HVAC) and 5 years of relevant experience; 

               - OR - 

  •  7 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • Is HVAC Certified;

 

  • Possesses a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and has access to a registered and insured vehicle for frequent and regular travel between communities;

 

  • Is able to effectively interact with residents and team members.
