What we are looking for:
We need Maintenance Techs with strong customer service skills who are comfortable working independently in an environment with an emphasis on hospitality. Successful candidates should have the ability to multi-task in performing minor and routine maintenance and repair work. The role requires team members to prepare apartments for new move-ins, oversee preventative maintenance work, and assist with maintaining an aesthetically pleasing and safe interior and exterior environment. Our Maintenance Techs are required to:
- Have a High School diploma or a General Education Degree (GED);
- Have basic skills in plumbing, finishing work, painting and use of power tools and safety;
- Be able to effectively interact with residents, resident families, and team members;
- Have mid-level computer skills, including knowledge of email, web browsing, Excel, and the ability to use a work order system;
- Possess a valid PA State Driver's License.
