What we are looking for:
We need Maintenance Technicians who:
- Have either:
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) AND at least two years of maintenance experience
- OR -
- At least one year of relevant experience AND six months of specific training in one of the following trades: Electricity; HVAC; Plumbing/Fitting; Welding/Fabricating; or Carpentry.
- Have a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and access to a registered and insured vehicle for frequent and regular travel between communities.
- Are able to effectively interact with residents and team members.
