About MyAgency
MyAgency is a healthcare staffing agency created by Presbyterian SeniorCare Network. We seek reliable team members who embrace our high-quality care and performance standards but want the flexibility of a staffing agency.
MyAgency team members will only work at Presbyterian SeniorCare Network communities and therefore will be trained and become familiar with our methods of delivering care.
In exchange for a higher wage, MyAgency team members are required to be available for work in all communities in our Southern Network. Your wage is based on how many communities you are willing to travel to and how many shifts per week you are willing to work. The more you work, the higher your rate of pay!
Southern Network:
- Verona, Pa: Longwood at Oakmont
- Washington, Pa: Southmont, Southminster Place, and Woodside Place of Washington
- Oakmont, Pa: The Willows, Westminster Place, and Woodside Place of Oakmont
MyAgency team members will be hired as Casual team members and will not have as much consistency or choice in their work schedule. They will often have to create their schedules from what is available after permanent staff have made their selections. BUT, if you decide to join our permanent staff - no hassles about contracts and buyouts.

What we are looking for:
We need Team Members who are responsible for providing environmental/housekeeping, dietary services and miscellaneous project work in whichever location they may be scheduled. Team members will have to be flexible and comfortable working in different communities within our Network and will provide service that demonstrates and upholds the MyAgency mission, vision, and behavior standards.
Our MyAgency Utility Workers are required to:
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Have one (1) year of related service experience
- Successfully complete all MyAgency pre-hire requirements including a criminal background check, physical, and drug screen.
- Demonstrate effective interaction with residents, resident families, and team members.
