Recruitment and Hiring at Presbyterian SeniorCare Network during the COVID-19 Outbreak
The health and safety of our team members and residents is our priority at this time. However, many people may be wondering if we our still hiring. The answer is YES!
Here are some things to know about how our hiring process has changed due to the COVID-19 pandemic:
The Human Resources recruitment team and hiring managers are using a combination of phone interviews, in -person interviews and video conference interviews. When the recruiter contacts you, they will explain the process in more detail. Please know that for everyone’s safety we are following the CDC’s social distancing protocols.
For In-Person Interviews:
Please understand that we are screening all those entering our communities. You will be directed by the recruiter as to where to report for screening. The screening includes a temperature check and answering a few questions.
If you are scheduled for an in-person interview and are not feeling well on the day of the interview, please call the recruiter to reschedule the interview.
