PRESBYTERIAN SENIORCARE NETWORK

12 Since 1928, Presbyterian SeniorCare Network has established and today delivers a continuum of living and care options for individuals of all faiths. In 2022, more than 6,500 older adults and persons with disabilities were served across 56 communities in 11 western Pennsylvania counties. We were one of the first aging services providers in the country to earn accreditation in six different areas from CARF, an international credentialing organization that promotes quality, value and optimal outcomes. In addition to being awarded Accreditation for meeting “Network” standards for senior services and living options, we also achieved CARF accreditation in five additional program areas: Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs), Assisted Living, Person-Centered Long-Term Care Communities, Home and Community Services and Dementia Care Specialty Program. SKILLED NURSING AND REHABILITATION CARE COMMUNITIES Whether the need is long-term care or short-term rehabilitation, our skilled nursing communities provide personalized, high-quality care that emphasizes returning to and maintaining the highest level of functioning possible.
